Step into the sacred energy of Rishikesh, India, nestled at the foothills of the Himalayas and resting on the banks of the holy Ganges river.

Known as the yoga capital of the world, this ancient town has drawn yogis and seekers for centuries.

Whether you have travelled to India before, or India has been calling you for years, this retreat offers a supportive and beautifully held way to experience it.

You’ll travel in a small group with an experienced retreat leader and trusted local guides, allowing you to relax and fully immerse yourself in the journey.

Each day we will explore mindful vinyasa flow, soothing yin yoga, guided meditation, pranayama breathwork & traditional yogic rituals.

You will reconnect with the heart of the practice, enriched by the stories and symbolism of the ancient gods and goddesses of yoga.

Surrounded by flowing river energy, lush hills and the gentle hum of temples and ashrams, Rishikesh offers a powerful container for reflection, healing and transformation.

Our retreat centre provides deluxe accommodation, peaceful communal spaces and a dedicated yoga shala, with free time to rest, journal, walk beside the Ganges or attend local ceremonies.

This is a deeply immersive retreat to reset your nervous system, reconnect with the roots of yoga and return home grounded, clear and renewed.
