Leo Dey
His father is an accomplished Bengali Folk singer in a lineage of traditional Indian heritage. While his mother's origins herald from Native America and Colombia with Latin music roots.
Growing up in a truly versatile artistic family, Leo was a gifted artists from the very start.

Leo began his formal training in Indian Classical Music at a young age. His teachers describe his singing as having the "causeless mercy of Mother Saraswati, the Goddess of Knowledge".
He has performed countless concerts worldwide. He now dedicates his life to music; teaching and guiding his students through regular retreat experiences and mentoring via his academy "Swar Yoga Music Academy".

JYOTI
Jyoti has been teaching yoga for over 30 years. She is an author, teacher trainer, interfaith minister, healer, reiki master and founder of Special Yoga, a therapeutic yoga school for special children.
As a spiritual guide, she serves others by helping them find their path, cultivate self-love, and find meaning and peace in their life experiences. She is the author of 52 Love Letters to you.
VOCAL MASTERY LESSONS & KIRTAN
In ancient times the sages discovered the secret technology of sacred geometry in sound and through Mantra meditation.
You will learn how to unlock your unique voice using professional vocal exercises and traditional devotional chants. These lessons will develop confidence in your singing ability.
You will unlock a wider vocal range, enhancing your pitch and reigniting the joys of singing Kirtan.

Learn about the five places where sound is articulated, specifically the differences between vowel and consonant pronunciation.

Develop and practice the five techniques used to extend and balance breath while producing sound.

Master professional daily practice lessons for exercising your voice for flexibility, voice range and strength.

Learn how to improvise on a scale to further embellish any melody you sing.
YOGA & PHILOSPOHY
~Yoga Asana
Based on Hatha Yoga we will learn to unwind the inner tensions and restore our bodies back to ease, freedom and comfort. With an embodied and somatic experience we invite a space for self healing and transformation.
~Pranayama (Breathwork)
Pranayama is the ancient practice of breath control. In Sanskrit "prana"means vital life energy and "yama" means control. When we learn to embrace the flow of our breath we raise our Prana Shakti, our life energies. Regular practice serves to clear physical and emotional obstacles in our bodies. We will also use breath practices to bring a foundation of nervous system regulation for balance and healing.
~Tantra Philosophy
According to Saivagama Tantra the Divine Consciousness is not simply cold and inert intellection. It is rather Spanda; active, dynamic, throbbing with life and creative pulsation. This teaching enables you to recognise this aspect in yourself and to attain union with the inner Shiva.
Reiki one attunement.
The first level offers initiations to channel Reiki through a series of blessings given by the Teacher. These initiations serve to open you to the flow of universal life force energy and form a connection to the Reiki lineage.
