To step out of the noise of everyday life and into a warm, supportive space where you can rest, be heard and simply be you.What is the Women's Wellbeing Circle?A monthly women's circle offering a gentle, nurturing environment where women can connect, share if they wish, and feel supported without pressure, fixing or judgement. You do not need to have anything worked out. You do not need to be okay. You are welcome exactly as you are.You will be welcomed with a complimentary herbal tea on arrival, offering a moment to settle, soften and arrive before we begin.Each gathering centres around a soft theme to support emotional wellbeing, connection and self awareness. No prior experience with meditation or healing is needed.Important InformationThe therapy room is upstairs at 57 Blossomgate, Ripon and is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.
