What to Expect?

Step into the serene embrace of Calm Aura Healing, for a deeply restorative afternoon of mindfulness, sound healing, and Reiki—designed to help you leave behind the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself.

Mindfulness & Meditation – Led by experienced mindfulness coach Rachel from Rachel is Mindful, we’ll begin with gentle, grounding practices to calm the body and mind. Using a blend of settling, somatic, and compassion-focused techniques, Rachel will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness.

Sound Healing & Reiki – Immerse yourself in 40 blissful minutes of therapeutic sound with Mandy from Calm Aura Healing. Let the soothing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming, and percussion instruments wash over you, bringing deep rest and energetic alignment. As you relax into the soundscape, Rachel will offer Reiki to each participant, enhancing your healing experience with this gentle yet powerful energy work.

Reflection & Connection – To close, we’ll offer a moment of shared reflection in a warm and supportive space, with a herbal tea, allowing you to absorb the benefits of theafternoon fully.
