We are releasing details on the speakers/workshops over the next week - best to check out our instagram page where updates shared regularly. We have just announced Heather Jackson as one of our speakers on the menopause talk. There's a talk on oral health with Dr James, a talk on longevity with experts covering the 5 key pillars of health, a talk on skin/skincare with Dr Hayley and more so yes, very different. James and Liam will be hosting on of the workshops but there are others to enjoy.
