FitMix is NOT a dance based class

It is resistance based full body workout- we will do bodyweight exercises, such as squats and lunges , as well as exercises using small pieces of equipment, for example light dumbbells and resistance bands

PAYG spaces can be booked for £9, (subject to availability) via my website
