- **Event Description**: Celebrate Earth Day by helping keep Ripon beautiful! Join us for a community cleanup along the Northwestern Trail as we work together to clear brush and pick up litter.

We’ll meet at 12:00pm (session 1) and at 4:00pm (session 2)  at the trailhead in the Ripon Public Library parking lot to get organized before heading out.

Cleanup Sessions:
• 12:00 – 2:00pm (session 1)
• 4:00 – 6:00pm (session 2)

Come for one session or come for both, every bit of help makes a difference!

We’ll be focusing on removing brush and collecting garbage along the trail to help maintain this valuable community space. Brush and fallen trees will be taken to a nearby trailer and removed from the trail.

What to bring:
• Gloves, rakes, tree trimmers, pruners, etc.
• Comfortable clothing
• Closed-toe shoes

Looking for:
• Skilled chainsaw operators, willing to cut some down trees up
• Trailers for hauling brush to the compost center
(Please contact the Chamber if you are able to do/provide either of these)
