The festive season is over and we’ve entered a brand new year full of energy and hope! Sounds good — but is that the reality? It can be hard to stay motivated and navigate those winter blues, so I’ve invited the lovely Amy to help us find our way.
Amy is a mum to one young son, two older step-children, and two kitties, and she has dedicated herself to Yoga teaching and therapy. In her words, “Yoga is my coping mechanism for life.”
Amy will share how yoga can help us feel better both emotionally and physically — bringing calm, clarity and confidence — and how its it’s principles and practices can be empowering and even life-changing.
Don’t worry, there’s no need for yoga mats or bendy poses! Amy will guide us through a gentle, nourishing chair-based practice that everyone can enjoy, followed by a relaxed chat to inspire us all to not just survive, but thrive this winter.
