We’ll learn all about the maple sugaring process by taking a short hike to learn about winter tree ID, sap ecology, tree biology, the history of tree tapping. We’ll visit our tapped trees where we’ll learn how to tap, collect, and taste the sap, then see how the evaporator works. There will also be a blind syrup taste test in our covered pavilion (with heaters)!We will end the program with a cozy bonfire and time to chat over hot chocolate ?Adults only (ages 18 and up)Dress appropriately as the program will be held outdoorsFollow the driveway to the right & park near the main brick building
