This one is for ALL of us whether you’ve been training for years, used to wrestle back in school and want to have some fun again, or you’ve never touched a mat in your life. Gi and No Gi welcome, all affiliations, all levels!
‼️Now if you want to get on the mat and roll, you will need some prior training experience and a signed waiver to participate. Safety first babe! ?
BUT if you are simply curious and want to come see what jiu jitsu is all about, whether you’re thinking about self defense or just want to be around an amazing group of women, come on through!! You are absolutely welcome to sit, watch, cheer us on and have a good time. No experience needed for that!
This is a safe, fun and empowering space where women show up for each other. Come for the community, stay for the good vibes. ?
