Self-Care Sunday

Self-Care Sunday is an afternoon where we don’t need to do anything. Just leaning into being, breathing and resting.

Join me for 1,5 hours of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep rest.

Everyone is welcome and also you who never been to yoga class before can join.
