P’tit Belliveau, c’est le projet temps plein de l’expérimentaliste pop et prime alien acadien Jonah Guimond, qui est derrière des hymnes générationnels tels que « Income Tax » et « J’aimerais d’avoir un John Deere ». L’originaire de Baie-Sainte-Marie en Nouvelle-Écosse traverse sa vie comme une série d’aventures qu’il transpose en chansons pour le grand bien commun - un humble prophète du mode gobelin qui cherche simplement à feeler bonne et à feeler great en créant pour les autres : pour que le monde ait une p’tite miette plus d’amour. À l’issue de ses 3 premiers EPs en 2017-2018, on le trouve sympathique. À la sortie de son album Greatest Hits Vol.1 en 2020, on perçoit le potentiel (sacré Révélation de l’année au GAMIQ et lauréat du Félix dans la catégorie Réalisation de disque de l’année au Gala de l’ADISQ). Au deuxième album Un homme et son piano en 2022, on saisit l’ampleur du phénomène (4 Club Soda affichant complet). Avec P’tit Belliveau, son troisième paru en 2024, on s’enligne sur l’oracle du « [...] gros poster [au] Centre Bell sold-out [...] ».
