Thomas Bush and Sam Bardsley will come to Riga to play some of their songs in an intimate setting at Kanepes. As part of a series of international events we invite Thomas Bush who has previous releases that touch on dubwise sound design and folk roots on John T Gast’s label 5GT as well as the awesome Men Scryfa imprint ! We are truly lucky to be able to have him here in Riga to share some new music . Sam Bardsley is a musician based in Berlin that’s closely associated with our friends in Lithuania responsible for the amazing Braille Satellite festival and he also runs Valley Sound Records. Sam’s band Umlaut! have produced some of the most magical moments during Braille Satellite, often as the sun starts to shine on the main stage after a night of intense performances, Umlaut! are called on to unite the remaining dancers for a shared moment of euphoria. Sam in support of Thomas will play new music as a solo musician. Sam with Umlaut! have a few songs available to listen which are connected to the sameheads label based around the sameheads venue in Berlin and on Valley Sound Records.
