This hands-on class is perfect for beginners and bread enthusiasts alike, giving you the opportunity to mix, shape, and learn every step of the sourdough process alongside an amazing group of people who love food and community.

You’ll be guided step-by-step through how to create a delicious and nutritious loaf of sourdough bread at home in just 1-3 days. Learn the secrets to feeding and caring for your starter, fermentation, shaping techniques, baking tips, and troubleshooting so you can confidently continue baking at home.

Best of all, you’ll leave with your own organic sourdough starter, detailed instructions, and inspiration to fill your kitchen with the comforting smell of fresh baked bread.

Tuition: $75 per participant, limited to 12 guests. Must register ahead of the class either online or calling 201-444-2955. The tuition includes an organic starter, light meal and fun!  You are welcome to bring your own wine, beer or spirit.
