As a culinary educator, Chef Pascal worked closely with Deans and culinary students at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in New York. He excels in training, supervising, and motivating kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Chef also had the honor of leading a Charcuterie course at the James Beard Foundation Gala Dinner & Auction. He is currently a lead instructor of culinary arts for teenagers at a Paterson High School in New Jersey. **How did Chef Pascal find his way to HealthBarn?** As luck would have it, he lives just around the corner!
