We hope you join us as we slow down and reconnect through breath and meditation!  
When we are able to reconnect to ourselves, it allows us to relax and release built-up tension.  Restorative yoga is another way to recharge yourself.  It is a slow and deliberate practice with only a few poses that are held for longer periods of time.  This is an amazing way to clear your mind and slow down.  Yes, it can be challenging for anyone with a busy mind (one that is always jumping from one thought to the next), but this is so good for you.  Challenging yourself and slowing down may be just what you need.
