Families are invited to attend a FREE parent/guardian presentation sponsored by the Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation on Wednesday, January 28, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at View Ridge Middle School in the Black Box Theater.

Based on Jonathan Haidt’s book, The Anxious Generation, this presentation explores the impact of technology, social media, and overprotection on youth mental health. Parents and educators will leave with a clearer understanding of current cultural trends, along with practical strategies to better support children and teens.

Childcare will be provided by staff from Right At School for families attending the presentation. Childcare is available for children ages 2½–10 who are able to use the restroom independently. Please note that childcare is only offered for families attending the event.
