🍂 We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you release clutter — emotional, energetic, and mental. Then, allow Cheryl and Steven to channel Reiki energy to the group, inviting deep healing, balance, and renewal as you align with your authentic priorities and inner peace.
