What to Expect:
This will be a gentle to moderate yoga flow designed for all levels. We’ll move with intention, connect breath to movement, and explore simple, accessible postures with options offered throughout. Expect a supportive, non judgmental space where you can move at your own pace, release tension, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and refreshed.
No experience needed.
Just come as you are and listen to your body.
