Winter solstice sound bath with Cacao

This will be a chance to be still ..open your heart with Cacao, set intentions and be bathed in a nourishing sound bath to soften into deep rest.

Amidst the business of Christmas take a moment to pause and reconnect with the deep rest of nature rhythm.

To the soft rhythm of the drum, you will attune to your heart with a drink of Cacao and set intentions into the stillness of mid winter . This will be followed by a sound journey woven together through gongs, voice, bowls, strings and other instruments.
It will be a space to soften, realign and connect to the stillness beneath winters beauty .

You will just need to bring a mat, cushions and blankets. Everything you need to make a cosy space for you to rest.
