Walking in Verse

In collaboration with The Live Oak Playhouse, Fort Bend County Libraries is bringing to you an immersive, interactive experience with poetry! Join us on a stroll around George Memorial Library with cast members bringing to life iconic poets of the past and present, such as William Shakespeare, Kit Marlowe, Phillis Wheatley, Emily Dickinson, Frida Kahlo, Christine di Pizan, and Maya Angelou. Even Mother Goose will put in an appearance! Refreshments will be available in the Bohachevsky Gallery, in the lower level of the library.
