Karen’s topic, Using Your SWOT Analysis to Grow Your Business, will guide attendees through a practical and effective approach to evaluating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Rather than treating SWOT as a checklist, Karen will show how to use it as a strategic roadmap for business development, leadership growth, and long-term planning.
