Join us from 7-10pm EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY for free music, great food, dancing, and special guests. 

Freshly squeezed jams at every show! 

The Marmalade Duo is from Richmond, VA and features Jake Vanaman (sax, keyboards) and Louis Smith (guitar, vocals) from Virginia-based jam rock band Kendall Street Company. The intimate instrumentation of the project lets the nuance and creativity of the two musicians shine through. The duo performs originals as well as your favorite covers, including tunes by J.J. Cale, John Prine, The Beatles, Grateful Dead, CAKE, Talking Heads, and more. 

Louis and Jake have been playing music together for ten years thanks to a chance encounter on Craigslist in 2016. You’ll have to ask them at the show if you’re curious for the story. They have written and recorded over 100 songs together and continue to tour nationally with Kendall Street Company.
