A guided meditation weaving body scan, nature connection and gentle sound healing.About this EventAn introduction to nature therapy — the practice of using time in woodland, deliberately and slowly, to shift the body out of stress and into rest.No meditation experience needed.We meet at golden hour, when the woodland itself is winding down for the day, when the birdsong intensifies before the quiet, soft light comes through the leaves in shifting patterns — the Japanese call this komorebi. Your nervous system reads the sensory cues and begins to co-regulate, whether or not you're paying attention.The session is built around Eco Nidra — a guided meditation practised lying down under the canopy, weaving a slow body sweep with nature connection and gentle sound healing. You lie down, you listen, and the woodland does much of the work.Slow, mindful time in nature has been shown to shift the body out of a sympathetic state: alert, mobilised, "go, go, go" into a parasympathetic one: settled, restorative, rest and digest.
