Distance: 3.5 miles⏱️ Estimated Time: 2–2.5 hoursWhat to ExpectThis is an EASY-level hike paved shoreline loop along the San Francisco Bay Trail and Hoffman Channel with panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin County. Flat, easy terrain through a popular off-leash dog park area.We hike together, take intentional pauses when needed, and finish as a group. Come ready to move your body, clear your mind, and enjoy the calm that comes from being outside.Water + SnacksWe will have water and snacks available, but participants should still bring their own water and personal fuel, especially for a physically demanding hike.
