Be prepared for a hands on experience, where you will learn as we go, step-by-step. We will discuss science, food safety, modifications, and health benefits. We will enjoy a sampling of Twisted Carrot Farm sourdough. All supplies will be provided!WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME:You will go home with bread dough that you shape yourself during the workshop. This includes a bread shaping basket and towel. We will also be sending everyone home with a freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread (we will be practicing baking during the workshop!) and a portion of sourdough starter.AFTER CARE:Before signing up, make sure that you will be able to provide the proper "after care" at home for your sourdough following the workshop. You must keep your sourdough refrigerated overnight before baking. We recommend baking your loaf 12-48 hours after the workshop. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to continue making sourdough at home, and we will be available to answer questions and provide guidance as needed following the workshop.PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you are no longer able to attend. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date.
