β¨ Solstice Dance Alchemy: Open Floor Moving Meditation β¨
A Night of Embodied Presence, Soulful Movement & Communal Magic
Join our beloved community for an evening that blends conscious dance with sitting meditation, guided by Open Floorβs Meditation Cycle. We move, sit, walk, and breathe into whatβs most alive β in ourselves, with each other, and in the space between.
π This special Solstice session celebrates brightness and brilliance, inviting us to honor the light within and around us as we move into summer's peak. π
Whether youβre brand new or deeply seasoned in dance or meditation, you are welcome. Come as you are β curious, tender, wild, or weary β and move at your own pace.
