You will learn relaxation methods, practical coping strategies and how to stay informed when decisions arise. It is antenatal education as much as a set of techniques, designed around a positive birth experience whichever course things take. Groups are kept small, so there is room for proper discussion.

You will have access to a range of hypnobirthing audios and a welcome bag containing a workbook and affirmation cards.
