There will be something for everyone to both invite in ease and challenge you to venture outside your self imposed limitations! We’re moving slow tho! Don’t come expecting a fast paced “workout”. That’s not what this is. Transformation requires concentration, moving deliberately and patience.💐Bring your friends, your man, your wife, your momma and the kids! (OR get away from them all for a few if that’s what you need!!) This is an intergenerational healing / growing space.
