A Sacred Women’s Winter Solstice Immersion

Hidden amongst the mystical hills and valleys of Kurrajong, New South Wales, within the breathtaking Hawkesbury region, lies a secluded sacred creek held by ancient earth, flowing water, towering trees, and deep stillness.

On Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, we gather here together as women.

A day to slow down.
To soften.
To reconnect.
To release what no longer belongs.
And to return home to yourself.

Held on private sacred land beside the creek, Rose & Raven: The Return is an intimate women’s immersion blending nervous system healing, embodiment, sacred feminine practices, ritual, grounding, womb connection, water immersion, breath, movement, rest, and deep reconnection to self.

This is not a loud wellness event or surface-level retreat.

This is a deeply held experience for women craving space to breathe again… women feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, burnt out from constantly holding everything together, or simply longing to reconnect with their body, softness, intuition, and inner truth.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through grounding practices, nervous system regulation, embodiment work, sacred feminine ritual, gentle release practices, connection to nature, stillness, restoration, and nourishment for the mind, body, and soul.

Together, we gather in sacred sisterhood beside the flowing creek, held by the energy of the land, the season, and the quiet wisdom that Winter Solstice invites.

Facilitated by:

Lisa Ryce — founder of Raven’s Cave, a space devoted to nervous system healing, subconscious reprogramming, embodiment, and deep transformational work. Blending grounded nervous system practices with intuitive healing, light language activations, breathwork, and identity work, Lisa creates safe and powerful spaces for women to reconnect to themselves, regulate, release, and return home to their truth.

Zera DeRose — sacred artist, ritual guide, and founder of The Rose Sanctum. Through sacred ceremony, intuitive guidance, pelvic steaming, closing of the bones, and handcrafted apothecary offerings, she creates spaces where women can soften, be held, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

This experience is for women who:
• crave nervous system restoration and emotional exhale
• feel disconnected from themselves or their body
• are moving through change, burnout, grief, overwhelm, or transition
• desire grounding, feminine connection, softness, stillness, and sacred space
• are ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper way

This experience is not for those seeking a loud social event, surface-level wellness trends, or forceful healing work.

This is an intentionally intimate immersion, limited to only 6–8 women, allowing the space to remain deeply personal, safe, grounded, and sacred.
