Join Alix for a cozy afternoon of restorative yoga + sound. 
This deeply nourishing class is a sweet offering of care for your body, mind, and nervous system.
Our time together will begin with Restorative Yoga where you will be supported by blankets and bolsters and held in restful postures that allow the body to fully relax and release long-held tension.
Class will end with an extended Savasana.   As you rest in Savasana, the healing vibrations of sound will wash over you. Crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments are used to calm the mind, soften the breath, and guide the nervous system out of “doing” and into a state of deep restoration. This combination of stillness and sound helps reduce stress and invite a profound sense of peace.
This class is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of quiet nourishment.
No yoga experience is required—just a willingness to slow down and receive.
You will leave feeling grounded, rested, and well-nourished
