RCSO Trunk or Treat Vendor Registration Site 2025

This is the registration site for 2025 Trunk or Treat

The Richmond City Sheriff's Office is partnering with public service agencies, community leaders, and corporate partners for our Annual Trunk or Treat Halloween Celebration on October 31 from 5:00-8:00pm.

All trunks will be filled with treats for this well attended family fun activity.

We are extremely excited about this year’s plans! Our team is looking forward to partnering again with neighboring public safety agencies, community leaders, community businesses and YOU in hosting this community-wide event.

Community Partners:

You can volunteer your time, decorate an agency vehicle trunk, and/or donate candy. We ask you to please register before Monday, October 20th. Additional details will be sent to all participants on Thursday, October 23rd. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you would like to order and ship your candy donation directly to us, you may do so at the following link: CANDY LINK ADDED. Orders can be shipped to 1701 Fairfield Way Richmond, VA 23223 and marked to the attention of Major Jeffrey Feighner.

In addition to donations, please volunteer to come out and decorate your vehicle trunk to distribute candy to children. Prizes will be given to the most decorative and creative trunks and costumes.

The goal of this event is to provide a safe outlet for children to come and enjoy on Halloween night.
