We need a few members to bring a turkey and a ham. * Turkey, ham and table set up volunteers: Please confirm with Lynn Evans (portnoyjohnson@gmail.com). RAS reimburses the cost of a turkey or ham: bring your receipt. Photos: The Photo Presentation component of the Annual Potluck remains a very popular and fun RAS annual activity. We are treated to such wonderful bird pics and stories every year! Photo Presentation Guidelines: Each member will be expected to provide a brief presentation describing your photos. Asking the audience to ID the bird species is totally acceptable (and fun). Please be courteous of others regarding the length of your commentary. Photo Submission Guidelines: We are welcoming photo submissions NOW. Photos should be bird-related and from calendar year 2025. Limit of 5 photos for submission. * NEW THIS YEAR: Legacy Presenters (those who have presented at prior Potlucks) may submit up to 8 photos for presentation! Prefer no video files (due to technical considerations). Please do not send any photos that have been compressed. The quality of compressed files is inadequate. If it takes sending 1-2 photos per email and sending multiple emails, that is FINE. Photo file name: Last name_year_Potluck photo #_species_location Example: Fulcher_2024_Potluck 01_Atlantic Puffin_Maine We will order your photos according to the photo # in the file name.
