This two hour workshop will include restful, grounding somatic yoga designed to invite the body to come into balance, as well as a long-format, 30 minute yoga nidra to close the class, featuring intention setting, body sensing, breath sensing, opposites and joy.

This workshop will be offered both live online via Zoom and in person at The Essence of Yoga Center. $35 for the two hour workshop.
