Step into the warmth of the Indian kitchen with a soul-soothing menu designed to nourish the body and calm the mind. In this hands-on class, you'll cook, learn, and taste as we prepare a traditional Indian comfort meal.
On the menu:
Khichdee: a one-pot basmati rice and masoor dal (orange lentil) with spices & aromatics
Raita: a cooling Indian yoghurt-based side with boondi (fried chick-pea balls), vegetables, & spices
Chai: a timeless & favored Indian tea

About the instructor:
Livingstone Lohia is originally from India and lives right here in Richmond, VT. For him, cooking is all about flavor, fun, and bringing people together. He invites you to come cook with us and make something delicious!

Class has a maximum of 12 students and a minimum of 6. Classes may be cancelled 4 days ahead of time if minimum is not met. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.
