INTRODUCTION TO THE PLANS AND OUTLINE FOR THE RETREAT

HOUR TWO: ALONG WITH DIRECTIONS AND EXPLANATIONS BY THE PRESENTER, COUPLES WORK INDIVIDUALLY ON PREPARING THEIR STATEMENT OF VISION FOR THEIR MARRIAGE AND FAMILY AND ALSO HAVE A SEPARATE SHEET FOR THEIR CURRENT CONCERNS/STRESSES. THESE WILL BE COLLECTED AND REVIEWED BY THE PRESENTER TO ESTABLISH THE GOALS FOR THE NEXT DAY.

DESSERT AND FELLOWSHIP WILL FINISH THE EVENING PREPARATION.

9:00AM TO 10 AM COMMUNICATION PATTERNS IN MARRIAGE-INCLUDES 15 MINUTES BREAKOUT FOR EACH COUPLE TO DISCUSS

10AM TO 11AM FUNCTIONAL AND DYSFUNCTIONAL FORMS OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION INCLUDES 15 MINUTES FOR EACH COUPLE TO DISCUSS THEIR THOUGHTS

MINI LECTURE ON LOVE AND TRUST/LEAD IN TO DISCUSSION ABOUT NEEDS IN MARRIAGE.  

LUNCH BREAK NOON UNTIL 1PM. LUNCH 

AFTERNOON: NEEDS IN MARRIAGE- INTERACTIVE SESSION
