Join us for 60 minutes of trauma-informed yoga incorporating movement, meditation, and breath.

This class is designed to support relaxation and resilience.

No experience is necessary. Modifications and props will be offered as needed.

Please bring a mat if you have one, or you are welcome to borrow one of ours. You are also invited to bring your spouse or partner to share in this gentle, supportive practice.

When: Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Please arrive 5–15 minutes early if possible.
