The transformational breath session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical wellbeing improving mental and emotional states and spiritual expansion.

During the breath session not only will you learn this powerful connected breathing technique but we will also use sound movement and acupressure to facilitate the opening of the breath.
Breathwork has benefits for everyone and this breathing class is suitable for everyone over the age of 18. No prior experience is necessary.

What to expect:
* We’ll begin with a brief introduction to talk about the benefits of Transformational Breath and explain the technique so that you feel fully prepared before we start
* We'll set an intention by doing a guided meditation
* We’ll then move on to the session by starting an exercise to open up our breath
* You’ll then get super cosy on the mat and be guided through a simple yet profound breathwork journey which will include hands on acupressure sound movement and positive affirmations
* Sink into the mat for 10- 15 mins relaxation at the end to help integrate your experience and anything that may have arisen in the session
* Share your experience at the end of the session get tips for your daily practice
No previous breathwork experience required. Mats pillows and blankets will be provided. However if you would like to feel more comfy please feel free to bring your blanket. Please don't forget to bring your water bottle.
