- **Event Description**: Join the Garrett School of Irish Dance to learn the traditional social dances of Ireland with live Irish music from One More Time! All dances will be taught on the day and modifications will be provided for all abilities. Drop in for a class or two, or build your skills with the whole series.

Ceili dancing is a great way to get your body moving, meet new people, enjoy lively music, and have fun. No dance experience is required (we promise). Bring some friends or come by yourself and meet some new ones! These ceili classes are designed for older teens and adults. Younger dancers are welcome with an accompanying adult.

Pay by cash or check at the door.
$20 per person
Family rate: $15 each for groups of 2 or more
If cost is a barrier for entry to you, please come anyway and give what you feel able to.

Classes will be held from 4:15-5:30 on the following dates: 9/13, 10/25, 12/13, 2/14, 4/12, 5/9, and 6/13. These are mostly second Saturdays, with a third Saturday and a second Sunday thrown in to keep it exciting - please check your dates carefully before coming down!

Note: There is no class in November or January, and the March event will be our Community Ceili as part of the Burlington Irish Heritage Festival: March 1 from 1-3

All classes will be in the second floor Community Room at the Richmond Free Library: 201 Bridge St, Richmond. 

Please bring comfortable footwear (sneakers, ballet/jazz shoes, ghillies, etc.) and clothing designed for movement. Water fountains are available, but we recommend bringing your own bottle. Currently, masks are optional but welcome. We hope to see you there!
