CareWeb Houston: Building the Network of Care We Need

Not a business card exchange. A movement. Let’s connect the caregivers, healers, and helpers of Houston.

What if everyone supporting healing in Houston—caregivers, therapists, home health workers, coaches, and wellness practitioners—had a shared, living web of support?

CareWeb Houston is a new kind of gathering. It's part community meetup, part referral circle, part incubator for real collaboration across senior care, addiction and recovery, mental health, and whole-person wellness. This is where real connections happen, and where we start building something bigger than any one service, brand, or system.

🟢 Live Resource Exchange:Each participant will have a moment to share what they offer, where they’re located, and whether they’re open to new clients or collaborations. Think: “I have a support group starting next week,” “I’ve got an open room in assisted living,” “I’m launching a workshop and looking for referrals.”

🟢 Peer Collaboration Circle:We’ll open space for real conversation: What’s missing in the system? What do our clients need that no one’s providing yet? What can we build or host together?

🟢 Mutual Aid Mindset:We’ll take one “ask” and one “offer” from every attendee. This might be:

• “I’m looking for a referral partner for seniors with early dementia.”
• “I can offer free group sessions for families dealing with addiction.”
• “I have space on weekends for workshops.”
• “I’m hiring a part-time wellness assistant.”

🟢 Collective Referral List:We’ll maintain a living document (shared only with attendees) where all services, programs, and availability are listed and updated. You’ll leave with more than business cards—you’ll leave with actual access.

• Senior care professionals, home-health agencies, case managers
• Recovery and addiction support workers, therapists, and coaches
• Mental health counselors, peer specialists, social workers
• Wellness providers, holistic healers, doulas, bodyworkers, and nutritionists
• Entrepreneurs building services or support programs for community health
• Anyone with lived experience ready to offer and receive support

Houston is full of amazing people doing important work—but we’re often disconnected. Families in crisis don’t know where to turn. Seniors get lost in red tape. People fall through the cracks.

CareWeb Houston is how we change that. By knowing each other. By sharing. By weaving a web where no one gets left behind.

This isn’t networking. This is infrastructure.
