All you have to do is show up, and we will take care of the rest. We will take you through a warm-up, brief and prepare you for the work-out, and make sure you and your friends have a great time!Afterward, enjoy some food, coffee, and other drinks.Don't Be Afraid!If you do not feel comfortable with certain movements, or you just want a modification, that is completely fine! Just like our classes here at RVAPT, we offer multiple modifications for ALL SKILL LEVELS. The idea is to challenge yourself, while also pushing others, and bringing our community together for a fun Saturday morning workout.NOTE ON CONSTRUCTION:We are located in a warehouse district next to the new diamond district construction. Please leave with enough time to account for any traffic so you can arrive here by 9AM.
