Artist Sign up for Weekend Sales Event August 30 & 31

Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) starting

July 26 - August 31, 2025

we will be hosting Summer Art Sale

in Classroom 2 Building 3.

We will have 15 tables set up in the middle of the room for art to be placed on as well as the walls that you may lean larger pieces against (as long as they fit under hanging art) .

So we will limit each weekend to 15 artists.

What do you need to do to sign up?

You will need to sign up to hold a space by clicking on the links below for each weekend. Please sign up for only one weekend.

You will need to set up on the Friday (10am - 4pm) before each weekend. No set up on Saturday or Sunday except to replace sold art! You will be let into Building 3 at 10am on Saturdays and Noon on Sundays.

You will need to mark each piece with your name and the sale price! 50 - 75% OFF

Commission with be 30%. Crossroads will be adverting the sale. The commission will cover the cost of the room for 3 days and the extra staff handling the sales and advertising. Checks for sales will be ready for pickup by the 8th of the next month.

You do not need to man the sales room but we suggest you do to help increase your sales. If you can be there, the best time is Saturdays Noon - 2pm and Sundays 1pm - 4pm.

All art must be out of CAC on Sunday by 4pm - no exceptions!!
