This in-person experience is the perfect opportunity to unwind, make meaningful connections, and immerse yourself in a curated blend of wellness and professional growth.

Threshold Social is a private, community-rooted wellness club centering Black healing, culture, and connection. Created for those who lead and care—mental health professionals, practitioners, creatives, and changemakers—Threshold offers intentional spaces for rest, restoration, and authentic belonging.

ZenWork Studio is more than a workspace—it’s a workcation destination for high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs who crave balance, focus, and well-being. They’re redefining productivity by merging ambition with self-care, proving that work and wellness can thrive together.

The MBL Professional Junior Board – THE BRIDGE represents a coalition of driven young professionals (ages 21–36) advocating for entrepreneurship and economic empowerment across the Richmond region. Through community engagement, mentorship, and professional development, The Bridge connects emerging leaders to the Metropolitan Business League’s powerful network and resources.
