Join us for a refreshing long walk exploring Kew Gardens. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, catch up with friends, and get your steps in while boosting your mood in the great outdoors. We will also have some lovely treats from Gail's Bakery!Unlike our usual Walk and Talks, this will be an unguided group walk on mostly flat ground for approximately 2 hours (There will be opportunities to take breaks. Toilets and refreshments are also available at the park and there is the option for everyone to socialise at a cafe after the walk).Please be reminded to wear comfortable clothes/shoes and to bring water.Please arrive promptly at 12pm.
