The event will start with a dinner in the Garden at 6:30pm.  There will be food provided by 6 local caterers. Dinner tickets cost $40 and must be purchased ahead of time at the Wayne County Tourism Bureau, Wayne County Foundation, or from a committee member.  Please purchase tickets early as we are expecting it to sell out.

Where: Richmond Rose Garden and the old 
Glen Miller golf course

When:  6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. 
          (Rain Date:  June 4th)

Balloons glow at around 9:00 p.m.  Balloons do not leave the premises due to logistics.  

Who: Open to the public 

Tickets: ($40) for food may be purchased 
but people can attend without purchasing 
food and many do to see balloons for free.
