Grief can turn your world upside down. Everything about your life looks and feels different, and yet life goes on around you as if nothing has happened. Whether you've lost a parent, sibling, child, friend, or someone else you love, grief can leave you feeling exhausted, disoriented, and alone.  

In this six-week group, you'll be invited to bring your grief just as it is. Together, we'll learn about the grieving process, hear one another's stories, and discover that we don't have to carry our grief alone. Whether your relationship with the person who died was straightforward or complicated, recent or long ago, you are welcome here. 

Note: These are peer-led groups. These groups are not professionally facilitated therapy groups and are not designed to serve as mental health treatment.
