Have you ever picked up your phone for one thing, only to realize twenty minutes later you're still scrolling? Many of us long to be more present with God, our families, our friends, and ourselves, yet find ourselves distracted or reaching for our phones without even thinking about it.

This six-week group isn't about giving up technology or striving for perfection. It's about becoming more aware of the role our phones play in our lives and making intentional choices about how we use them. Using Catherine Price's How to Break Up with Your Phone as a guide, along with biblical reflection and group discussion, we'll explore practical ways to create more space for presence, connection, rest, and the things that matter most.
