We’ll begin the morning with a gentle yoga session in the park, followed by a calming sound bath experience designed to help you relax, reset, and be fully present.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy lunch together (provided) and gather as a group to share conversation around life and the survivorship journey. This is a welcoming space to connect with others in your local cancer community, whether you’re newly navigating your experience or years into it.

We’ll close out the day with time on the water, paddling through the park with Big Muddy Adventures. Choose your pace and your vessel—paddle boat, stand-up paddleboard, or kayak—and enjoy a mini-adventure alongside others who understand the journey.
