Join the Richland Police Department for a fun and safe Halloween at the Uptown Shopping Center! Our officers will be there passing out treats and Halloween safety items for kids. Stop by the round-about nearest to Lee's Tahitian in costume, say hello, and snap a photo with our officers before heading out for a night of trick-or-treating.

This family-friendly event is free and open to everyone—come celebrate Halloween the safe way with RPD!
