This experience blends engaging lecture with guided tastings, while offering a delicious deep dive into precision cooking and elevated steak techniques.You’ll sample New York steaks prepared using both 2-hour and 6-hour sous vide methods, served with a rich herb demi and toasted baguette. Also featured is London broil, comparing 6-hour and 18-hour sous vide preparations, finished with vibrant chimichurri.
